What is the FBA Grade and Resell program?
FBA Grade and Resell allows you to recover value on unfulfillable inventory by having Amazon grade and relist eligible items as Used, instead of returning, removing or disposing the inventory. When you submit an item, Amazon evaluates the condition and creates the listing on your behalf, with you as the seller on record. You set the price and manage the listing, just like you would for your current new and used items. For more information, please read through this help page.

hello amazon support please tell me if we are doing private label and doing Amazon FBA so if we get the return from costumer however the amazon will disable that return for us our rather they repack it and add back to our inventory

Are there any restrictions or types of items that are not eligible for the FBA Grade and Resell program? If so, how can sellers determine upfront whether their inventory qualifies?
How does Amazon determine the grade of an item so that sellers can ensure they maintain customer trust when buying something as used from this program?

Hi, I appreciate grade and resell and have some questions:
1. Why not every item has this ability to have it graded. Are all fufillment centers in the program?
2. Many times the items come in our stranded report as these don't have pricing. Why are pricing not added?

Does the FBA Grade and Resell program create a new SKU on its own when these items are brought back into FBA from a return?
For example, SKU's named Amazon.Found and some numbers have been appearing in my inventory lately. Will it have a SKU name similar to that so we can easily locate the GRADED one amongst the original SKU?

Grade and resell seems to allow Amazon to sell my product as "used-like-new" AND win the buy box, decimating sales of the listing. How can I opt out of Amazon inspections entirely and have EVERY returned item sent back to us?
