FBA inventory lost

FBA received and located 7 units on 12/15/2023 and after FC transfer the units just desapeared. On 01/01/2024, in the new FC, the units located were 0. The status of the shipment summary is "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed" and all my options are closed, so I can't ask for reimburse, can't reconcile the shipment. Clearly my inventory was lost in FC transfer.

I opened a case ID: 14594666431, sent all documents, but the answer is always the same: There was an Amazon mistake and there is nothing we can do. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you so much!

According to our Article FBA inventory reimbursement policy, under section Reimbursements, If a reimbursement was made in error, or if a reimbursed item is later found and returned to your inventory, Amazon reserves the right to reverse the reimbursement credit that was applied to your account.

At this moment, I can see that you have an open case with Seller Support (CASE 14708842041), so they are investigating your issue and will provide an update to you soon. I kindly ask you to wait for their reply as they are reviewing the case and will confirm to you what happened.

Same issue with me. Received into one center then moved out of that center and then disappeared from view. No idea where they are going or where they are and need to wait 60 days for Amazon to do anything about it.

Similar issue as well. My shipment of 180 units with FBA, shows -180 in discrepancies. Literally 180 units just disappeared and still has not been resolved. I've opened two cases regarding this situation and have been waiting for amazon to resolve this. It has been over 3 months without any real updates. Amazon has not been responsive.
