I am trying to contact my supplier and finalize the shipment
hey my dear amazon friends,
I have been trying for a week to order my product from the supplier, which I need in 20 pieces.
I would like amazon to pick it up from the supplier and send it to the warehouse in Germany and have it all labeled there.
Where can I get the contact details of the supplier? How can I inform the supplier that I am ordering the goods? Can we check the problem together?
It is not possible to click on anything in the packaging details!
In the "Define preparation owner and label owner" I am told that there is an error in the mass processing, e.g. error when updating the preparation owner and label owner for 1 of your SkUs?
Unfortunately, Amazon Hotline is not able to solve the problem!

As above reply, your question doesn't really make a much sense ?!
Only you know that - how can you order goods if you don't have a supplier. You maybe need to look through Amazon's Seller University all about selling via FBA.
