Hello Amazon Community,

I recently received feedback that states:

"Amazon you are lousy. I reported I had canceled this order weeks ago. I have reported it to Amazon a few times; you have done nothing to help me, and now you ask for this. 'Do your job Amazon.' I'm calling corporate in NY in the morning to remind them of what a lousy job you're doing."

This feedback is directed entirely at Amazon's customer service and processes, not my performance as a seller. I believe this meets Amazon’s feedback removal guidelines as it does not reflect my service or actions.

I submitted a removal request through Feedback Manager under Case ID 16544838671, but it was denied.

If anyone has suggestions or insights on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate your input.
