Change of Shipping Dates

How do I get Amazon to stop changing the shipping date on my items. For example, Something that is due to ship out tomrrow of of a sudden gets change to today's shipping date. I can't do this as it will cause my items to be late.

Hi @Seller_byVSf2mwHm5YJ,

In the "Minimum order cut-off times" section of Amazon's policy (Seller Fulfilled Prime requirements), it states that sellers must have cut-off times no earlier than:

  • 2:00 PM local time Monday-Friday
  • 10:30 AM local time Saturday and Sunday

The policy also mentions under "Minimum handling times" that orders received before these cut-off times must be shipped the same day. I think this might explain why some of your "ship tomorrow" orders are being changed to "ship today" - if the orders come in before your cut-off time, Amazon's system automatically sets them for same-day shipping.

To better manage this, you might want to review your current cut-off time settings. While you can't set them earlier than the minimum times listed above, you can set them later if that works better for your operation.

Hope this helps explain what's happening!
