Amazon is a scam

Amazon is a scam, Hello, my name is Fatiev Oleg, I tried to create an Amazon seller account because I wanted to sell on Amazon. My account was sent, the money in the amount of $ 47.99 was withdrawn from my bank account, and then it was immediately frozen, asking me to attach a utility bill. I did it and attached everything requested: a notarized utility bill, the original document in my native language, I even attached a bank statement and a photo of my credit card, and still every time I get more and more refusals saying that the documents are not notarized. Although I contacted 3 different notary companies. I have been trying to activate my account for about a month now, but nothing has changed. And I am very disappointed that the payment for the first month of using Amazon was charged, although I did not even use this account, since it was deactivated all this time. Unable to sell on Amazon I would like to request a refund of $47.99 as it is quite a large amount for nothing I have used. refund claim numbers [CASE 15815071181 but all in vain....thanks for reaching out.we will look into it,we will forward it and that's it....amazon is a scam

You do NOT need a NOTARY but an official translation office and tell them you need a "Notarized Translation".

Amazon will continue to charge you the monthly fee unless you downgrade your account to Individual from Professional. You can upgrade back to Professional when everything is up and running properly.
