Reimbursement for missing items during inbound shipment to FBA warehouse

Hello! I want to escalate my issue that I have been dealing with regarding items that went missing during the inbound shipment to your Amazon FBA warehouse, which I communicated earlier in case #13847523141 and is from shipment ID FBA177857C4C.

Despite submitting all required documentation, invoices and proof of ownership, and meeting the eligibility requirements, Amazon has still not honored my request for the reimbursement. i have been dealing with this for more than four months now, it's ridiculous!!!!

I would greatly appreciate your serious help in this matter!
