Stuck in the endless Amazon loop of doom !!

Would be very helpful if a mod could read this and maybe escalate if possible for a sensible answer rather than repeated nonsense?

The issue...

Had an item removed under Restricted Policy Violation citing that the ingredients contained a banned substance... triclosan.

Case id: 9597345922 125ml bottle

The ingredient is not contained in the item and on appeal, sent in pictures of the packaging in my hand showing full list of ingredients (triclosan not being on it) and a link to the manufacturers website also showcasing the product.

This was rejected.

Then had another same violation for the 75ml version of the same product Case id: 9573308272 where i sent the exact same information as the 125ml bottle with a picture of the 75ml ingredients and the link, and this was accepted and the listing remains active, still showing the banned ingredient triclosan with Amazon themselves on the Buy Box. (i then deleted this ASIN from my inventory before the bots re-flag it again and i get another violation)

The rejected 125ml bottle case every time i appeal states the same thing... upload the pictures of all sides of the packaging to the detail page and If after 4 hours the changes are not reflecting correctly, feel free to reopen this case. which i have done every day for the last week with this same auto response telling me to repeat what i have done 7 times already !!!

I have spoken to the Health team 3 times who have told me to open a case with the catalogue team to change the ingredients, which i did Case id: 9566889202 and was referred back to the appeal case.

All in all, i am trying to fix Amazon's broken catalogue, where someone either created/edited these ASIN's with the wrong ingredient accidentally or maliciously, and am hitting a brick wall !!

Why was one rejected and the other IDENTICAL case accepted? where is the consistency ?

Why am i being asked to perform a task and then once performed being told to perform it over and over like a circus monkey?

Why are Amazon themselves selling this product with the Buy Box and the alleged banned ingredient still showing in the ingredient list? One rule for 1, another for yourselves.

Why is a simple fix from Amazon to update the ingredient list to remove the proven "not in the ingredients" ingredient such a hard task ?
