How to create a European selling account
When I try to register for European markets, I get this error.
We have detected that you have started registering in a different marketplace previously. You need to complete your registration in the first marketplace before you can expand to a new one. You can also start the registration in the current marketplace using a different email address.
I am not aware that I currently register elsewhere.
Can you help me please?

Since you are writing here in the US forum I guess that you erroneously began to create a seller account on amazon.com. (USA)
