Cannot Create US Ad account support has been useless
Hey All,
I am a new seller and just launched my first product. Now I am getting close to giving up on trying to run ads and seller on Amazon in general. I am trying to create a US ad account I take these steps.
- I go to https://advertising.amazon.com/
- I click register
- I select United States
- I clicked Products Sold On Amazon
- I select Seller Central as account type
- I am directed here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/clicks/registration/sponsoredproducts?ref=a20m_us_rgstr_sc_us
- Where I click Create Your Campaign and the page times out.
I have contacted Seller and Advertising support. At first they send me back and forth to each other and now they are telling me the problem is I don't have a US ad account and need to register one... like no *** I would love to but I CAN'T that's the exact PROBLEM.
I have 0% hope they can resolve the issue, are they always this useless? Is there anything I can do to fix this or is my. fate in the hands of these support agents who tell me to do the impossible?

Tatiana from Amazon here -- I'm just coming across your post. Is this an ongoing issue for you or has it been resolved?
If this remains unresolved can you tell me if you have attempted to restart the browser and clear cookies/cache or attempted to register using a different internet browser? I know this process seems a bit useless, but the ads console can sometimes get stuck like this.
