Close Account
I have submitted countless support tickets asking seller support to close down this old Amazon account as the business that owns it went into liquidation last year. My requests just remain unanswered. And the frustrating thing is that mini charges keep being added to this account, and unless they are paid the old account gets suspended which in turn causes my new business account to also be suspended! It's like I'm being held ransom! Please can someone help me. Is there anyone from Amazon on this forum that can tell me how to get this account closed once and for all? I can't grow my new business until this old account is gone.

Ash here to assist. . It has been understood that you need help with your account closure.
If you no longer need this account, we recommend you terminate the account. You can do this by logging in to your Seller Central account and performing the following steps:
1) Navigate to Settings.
2) Select Account Info.
3) Select Account Management.
4) Close account.
