Can I Change The Company Details?
Hello guys,
Can I change the company name and address on seller central to another company?
My account is deactivated 8 months ago for 3 ASIN suspension and they want me to provide invoices for 3 ASINs I sold in my account in the past. I have only 14 orders in my account and only last 3 of them are billed to my company's name and address, the other 11 are billed to my partner company.
The thing is I cannot use my 3 invoices because Amazon wants me to provide invoices issued before the deactivation date, but only the invoices to my partner company fit for it, mine are post dated. I have already provided my partner company's invoices along with the notarized partnership document and explanation but it did not help. They say they accept invoices only the ones billed to the company and address matching on Seller Central no matter what.
So my question is: what happens if I change all the details on my seller central to my partners info? Because I can only use my partner company's invoices and the only way for me to use them to update my account details to that company. Would that be OK?
(PS: The partner company doesn't have an Amazon account so you can ignore the concern about the risk if getting related.)

Doesn't work that way. Your invoices have to match the store/name/address where you sold them from and when.

Hmm, never thought like that. So you are saying the invoice information should match with the address when you got deactivated.
In this case, what do you suggest? I have already provided my partnership document too, explained many times, got my appeals raised for second review several times, but all rejected. No problem about the authenticity, the only problem is the products were billed to my partner company.
What would you recommend? We can make the transfer of that company to my own too if possible.

There are no suggestions, you do not have the valid documentation to prove authenticity or valid supply chain.

What if I purchase the same 3 ASINs from the supplier with my billing address this time, to show our future steps and supplier?
I am asking this because I have on option like this when I press "submit new information" button. The appeal page wants me to provide either past invoices if I have or invoices for future supplier. Also one of the AH specialists suggested this a week ago, I'm thinking about it. What do you think?

Still not going to help reactivate as you need the proof from the deactivation reason. But doesn't hurt to try, you are already shut down.
Seller_pIaSAwMNUeDbj
Correct, because this account is useless for me know since I already got the funds back so I was just looking to see if I could find a way to reactivate it.
Thanks for the help. By the way, can you confirm the information on your first comment? Does Amazon really look for an address when your account is deactivated or during the registration?

Address verification is vital in registering and maintaining for supply chain verification. Yes, address is a major part.
