Good luck with that. For starters it's (or was) an invite-only program.
Amazon recently announced a major shift in its Vendor Central program, with a significant number of 1P (first-party) vendors being notified that their vendor relationships will be terminated by November 9, 2024. They're desire is for the vendors to move to becoming 3P like the rest of us.
We have already seen posts from those 1P vendors here asking about transitioning to Seller Central.
