Why did my store suddenly lost all buy box

@Michelle_Amazon@SEAmod My FBM product suddenly lost all shopping carts last night, I checked my account performance, buyer reviews and buyer feedback and there is nothing wrong with it and my product has been steadily billing. We are a seller integrating industry and trade.We are just making our own products in compliance.I don't know why this happened.Customer service cannot provide me with effective assistance either.If we continue.We really need to close the store now.I don't know what to do now.I need help. About case: 15369140541
