311 products lost in MDW2

I had 7 boxes containing a total of 474 products delivered to the Amazon warehouse (MDW2) on July 29th, but Amazon only received 163 of them, which means 311 were lost.

After the shipment was completed, I opened a claim, but Amazon only compensated for 30 of the items. There were 281 other items that Amazon did not compensate and stated that they did not receive those products. My POD file clearly shows that 7 boxes of products were delivered. How do I get compensated, this is unfair, what can I do to get full compensation?
