EVRi basically lying about attempted delivery
As I am SFP I am forced by Amazon to use EVRi, the worst courier in Europe. I guess they have certain metrics to maintain in order to keep this agreement with Amazon and it would appear that in order to maintain them they are now lying about attempted delivery i.e. en masse they say they have attempted delivery of parcels therefore helping to reach targets when they haven't attempted delivery at all.
Unfortunately there is little that we can do about it apart from appease frustrated customers.

According to Seller Fulfilled Prime "Through this programme, you can ship your choice of products through an Amazon-approved carrier, such as Amazon Shipping, DPD, Royal Mail or Evri"
Are you able to choose the Carrier?
