Support on Intellectual Property Infringements

Hello dear amazon support team,

I am writing about three intellectual property violations on my account. I have repeatedly taken action and made objections for the violations due to the products, I have declared any sale and shipment of these products, but you are constantly rejected and ask me to send more information and documents. Please, if a representative who speaks Turkish calls me and tells me where we made a mistake after examining our store in detail, we want to take faster action. Currently, my account health score has dropped due to violations and this is negatively affecting my sales. Thank you very much in advance for your time on this issue.

If you go to your account health pages under the Policy Compliance, you go to Received Intellectual Property Complaints. There you can click on Submit New Information and you will get a list of the required documents.

You can also request a call by clicking on the CALL ME NOW button in the account health pages and ask if there is a Turkish representative.
