I request urgent assistance regarding a recent product authenticity complaint and to appeal the violation on my account.
In response to the complaint, I promptly submitted invoices from the manufacturer and a letter of authorization, both of which meet Amazon's specified criteria. However, my appeals have been repeatedly denied without any explanation as to why the evidence provided is deemed insufficient.
I am confident that the documentation I submitted fulfills Amazon's requirements, and I am at a loss as to what additional information is needed. Could anyone please provide assistance and guide me on what further steps I need to take to resolve this issue?

As you've mentioned there was some type of complaint of authenticity, was this a customer complaint? Did you receive a notification regarding specific requested documentation? I would ask that you provide your original performance notification so that we can better assess your specific situation.
When it comes to authenticity concerns, we typically will request only invoices unless we need supporting documentation regarding the supply chain of your products.
As confirmation on your documentation, I would ask if the invoices provided matches the listed requirements in our responsible sourcing help page. Additionally, since you did mentioned a letter of authorization, was this issued to you directly from the brand or rights owner for the product listing? There are additional requirements when it comes to a letter of authorization as well, If you have not, please confirm that it also meets our requirements listed.

As mentioned, there seems to be a concern with the transparency codes required for these products. You can also see more on their requirements from our transparency serial number barcode requirements help page.
I ordered and received 21,600 units from the manufacturer. I sent 20,520 units to Amazon for FBA.
I promptly submitted the invoice from the manufacturer, but it was not accepted. I asked the manufacturer to make it clearer and easier to understand as invoices from Chinese manufacturers always have extra information and abbreviations that may have made it difficult to for the Seller Performance Team to understand.
Regarding the documentation, you mentioned receiving these from a manufacturer. Does your manufacturer have authorization from the brand to produce and distribute these products?
