We have a lot of name Brand product we are looking at sell on Amazon as 'USED', but my question is will the brand be able to file an "IP' on this products since the products will be sold as used? Thanks.

that depends on the brand. Some brands are more protected than others (Nike and many more). Having one of a used item isn't the same as having one after another.

Not all categories allow Used, in fact most do not.
