Po Box address no USPS shipping option
Every day this week we have had orders shipping to a PO box address. However, the only option available is to use Amazon shipping. No USPS option. Has anyone else had this issue?

Since Amazon is removing the INR protection from Amazon buy-shipping unless the seller commits to allowing Amazon to control EVERYTHING regarding shipping options (automated handling time) there is a lot less reason to use Amazon buy-shipping.

Do they want is to think an Amazon truck can find a PO Box that the post office cannot? It is very unfortunate that my customers addresses are suddenly undeliverable.
Gonna have some very PO'd customers!!!!!!

Hello @Seller_3CVw64p1kORvN Thank you for checking in with the forums about that Buy Shipping issue.
In cases where Buy Shipping through USPS or other carriers is not available for certain addresses, sellers have the option to purchase shipping outside of Amazon.
If this is repeatedly happening for your orders, the best next step is to file a support case and include some of the orders an addresses with that issue. Please share that Case ID with me for review.
