Hello @Seller_0IvHVYCuMA8mx,
This is Sakura from Amazon. Welcome to the Seller Forums.
Would you mind sharing one of the ASINs that has the word generic in the title?
Regarding the FBA fees, have you already sent a remeasurement request?
You can find all the steps on how to do it here : Understanding item package weight and dimensions

Hey there!
It sounds like you've hit a couple of bumps with your Amazon listings and fees! I can assure you it’s unlikely that someone at Amazon has it out for you—these issues are quite common and usually stem from automated systems that Amazon has in place to manage listings and fees.
Regarding the word "generic" being added to some of your product titles, Amazon might be updating listings to ensure clarity for customers about brand names and unbranded items. This is typically automated and can sometimes be inconsistent across similar products.
As for the change in FBA fees and the re-measurement of items, Amazon periodically reviews and updates their storage and fulfillment requirements. This can sometimes result in unexpected adjustments like the ones you’ve experienced. These adjustments are also automated based on measurements and weights recorded during handling, so discrepancies can lead to changes in fees.
My suggestion would be to review your listings to ensure everything is up-to-date and accurately reflects your products. If you see issues with how products are measured or described, reaching out to Amazon Seller Support is a good move. They can help sort out these quirks and ensure everything is squared away.
Hang in there, and don’t worry—it’s just Amazon being Amazon!
I hope this helps,
Ele
