Sent the warehouse 50 units in a mailer and only counted it as receiving 1 unit and -49 received.
Sent 3 different sku's in 1 box. Each sku was grouped in its own mailer. Wrote 50X on each mailer. Amazon scans in as only 3 units total. How can I fix this or am I beat? This has happened on multiple shipments in the last month. I'm out hundreds of units valued at thousands of dollars.
I assume Amazon probably sent the entire lump to some lucky customer who received 50 units for the price of 1.
