Account Deleted by Amazon from UK and Europe Marketplaces
Hi ,
I am a new seller and Our account in Uk and europe marketplaces had been deleted by amazon and we are unable to use their seller central , we tried login to uk/europe forum but got below message
"You are not able to perform this action in this Seller Forums country as your business is not yet authorized to sell in this Amazon country."
We have made some sales as well in uk marketplace but not in europe. We have registered ourselves in uk/europe in the last week of december.
Now its a very strange issue and we are unable to check the exact issue though received some email from amazon france that we have violated some policy but we dint make any sale there. Also please note that our account verification for UK was due as we suppose to share the details with them but there was no timeline mentioned and i cant reply on time due to some personal issues.
Any suggestions & help would be highly appreciated!

It is true that our teams may not always be able to share context around these decisions, and my team will only have visibility into certain communications, like the performance notifications section of Seller Central.
My recommendation would be to work through the process initiated when you select 'Reinstate my account' from the Seller Central homepage, and coordinate with our team there through any activities needed for reinstatement, should it be possible.
