Amazon A-Z returns

I had a customer place an order with us for two copies of one title. The order # is 113-0010967-4292219. Amazon granted this customer an A-Z claim so they could return the music/order and issued this customer credit.

The customer sent back the wrong music and included in the package was an invoice from another company for the same amount of music and the same title.

The music/order we sent the customer is still in the hands of the customer and we have different music than what was sent to the customer.

We are entitled to a credit for the amount Amazon credited the customer. Customers can NOT ask for an A-Z return and than send back a different product for credit. This is the worst experience we have ever experienced on Amazon.

Amazon please credit our account for the same amount you credited this customer. This customer does NOT deserve credit for sending back a different product than ordered/shipped.

I looked into the order and see that it was refunded, however, I am not able to locate an A-Z Claim related to this order. Please advise whether you are able to locate the claim on your Manage A-Z Claims page or whether this order was refunded at first scan.
