My account is deactivated (dual account ) under section 3.. i dont have dual account my friend was borrowed my laptop for a week he opened his Amazon Account on my laptop after a week i got back my laptop and i opened my account on my laptop i wasent knew he open his account on my laptop after that i got deactivation on my account than i knew it but now i have to appeal for that in appeal there requirement is affidavit and explaination when i submit all the requirment i always get same reply from Amazon that the information i submitted is always not enough i submitted many time but always same reply i get that information is not enought can some one help me with that pleasee. I am really confused what to do because they are asking for affidavit and i am sending to them but unfortunately it wont work. please if someone can help me please contact wth me please.

Amazon has linked the accounts because you used the same computer. If you had studied anything at all on Seller U or read any of the dozens of posts on the Forum about linked accounts and suspensions BEFORE you opened a seller account this would have been preventable.
You didn't, so now you have to PROVE to Amazon that you and your friend are not operating together. If you were both selling the same items or even in the same categories they are not likely to believe you.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

Per our multiple accounts policy, each seller is allowed to operate more than one account as long as it serves a legitimate business purpose. If one of those accounts were to be impacted, you would see the rest of the accounts disrupted.
If there were details shared between the accounts, then you will need to provide an explanation of this. An affidavit can be considered sufficient in explaining the situation, but if our team is unable to verify the details to their investigation, they will be obligated to reject the submission.
Without sufficient documents, you will need your friend to resolve their account concerns for you to resolve yours. We cannot guarantee a resolution if this does not occur.
