Amazon suppress shipping options email

I am a long time seller here on Amazon and this email from Amazon has me totally confused.

First some facts. I ship FBM exclusively. I have my products split among varying shipping templates based upon product type. This email relates only to my book template that has a baseline price of $3.99 with no weight modifier.

I have already gone into my shipping settings to see if anything has been red flagged in there - it has not. The products utilizing that shipping template appear to still be displayed to customers and can be added to a cart with the shipping pricing used in the template.

So other than the email telling me there is an issue I cannot find an actual issue. As I can't find an issue I have no idea what steps to take.

How do I reenable my ship options?

Please review the policy and update your shipping rates on the Shipping Settings page in Seller Central. There may be up to a week of delay in our email notification system, however, your ship options will be reactivated immediately when shipping rates are updated to comply with our policy.

Hello @Seller_QJfASaMFC4ITe One seller recently reported getting that warning, but we were not able to find the reason that seller received that notice.

Email From Amazon Shipping Template not Compliant.

Have you filed a support case asking for additional details? In some cases there are typos or other issues causing a high shipping fee for a rarely-used service.

If you share a Case ID I can investigate further.
