Can we please get a better system to help us with negative feedback.
I sold an item that I listed as used, in the notes I even wrote that the item does not come with the original box.
Yet I get a negative feedback that states:
This package arrived opened. So it was not new as advertised in the listing. There was no wording in the listing stating the package was opened or has been used. This is deceiving. If you do want to buy from this seller, make sure you ask questions about the item before making a purchase. I have seen in other comments, be aware they will charge you a restocking fee if you return the item.
I requested a review and Amazon will not remove the feedback. Why? I was not deceiving, I listed the item as used and also mentioned the original box is not included.

Have you looked up the "condition guidelines" and policies?
You sold the product as used, without box. How did you grade the product and what type was it?
