I shared the problem I was experiencing here, but I did not receive any help from Amazon representatives.
As a new seller I am very desperate. I spent a lot of money and produced products with my own brand. My account was closed without making any sales. I will go crazy. amazon is very cruel to new sellers. I can't find any contact person. I can't even request a call from amazon.
The reason why my account is disabled is authentication. Identity verification came to my account, I participated in the video call and my account was activated. 2 weeks have passed and it has been disabled due to Article 3. I don't understand. I didn't list any products for 2 weeks after my account was opened. I didn't make any sales.

Whether or not you've listed or sold products has nothing to do with it. You didn't pass seller verification, either with the documents you sent or your video interview. Amazon saw something they didn't like. Unfortunately they won't give you any details as to what that might be.
Also unfortunately, Section 3 deactivations are near to impossible to come back from.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
