Under on-line selling regulations customers have the right to return anything within a certain period for refund, even if there is nothing wrong, just change of mind. Refund of postage can vary, according to circumstance & Amazon's rules.

If they returned it saying it was defective and it wasn't and you paid the postage, you can file a Safe-T claim to recover the return postage cost.
