Address Verification Invalid address

Trying to change my address because we are moving. I get the invalid adress error, I did receive the postcard with the code to enter. It will not allow me to enter a code, it says my address is invalid.

Please help

Seller support said "Please create a new account, provide the correct address and phone number, and request a new postcard." What are they saying to people? This is just poor advice.

Thank you for this information. In an effort to better assist, please consider the following:

- Do you have any other verification processes underway?

- If so, have you submitted any documentation such and a bank statement or utility bill bearing your new address? If this fits your scenario, you will need to ensure the addresses match each other exactly (examples being spelling out the word "Street" rather than using the "St." abbreviation)

- Were you able to confirm the address in the account prior to requesting the post card?

- Is the recipient name correctly entered after the address was updated?

- Have you received any kind of communication via either case log or performance notification regarding this issue?

Regarding the invalid address, do you have any attempts remaining to verify the address? If so, I would recommend adding a new address that matches exactly what would appear on legal documentation (regardless of whether you have had to submit bank statement or utility bill) as there may have been a typographical error or a mismatch to a document of some kind. You will also want to make sure to add a recipient name as well. If no name is added, the verification may not be able to be completed.
