Account Health and Deactivation of my account over 1 year appeal

Hi for everyone,

On 6th July 2023, my account got temporarily deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazons Business Solutions Agreement

I was trying to fix all the problem within 17 days, since I don’t understand what kind of problem for "Product Detail Page Rules" and "Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions". All the problem ASIN are related to brand products which original listed by Amazon, not me.

Anyway, I try to fix it and send all invoice, supplier information, purchasing rule to Amazon but still cannot activate again because I don’t have authorized letter from brand owner. (according to account specialist told me)

I use almost 1 year to prove all the items are original brand products and call over 30 times to account specialist within last year and ask for help for my account. Finally... i got authorized letter from brand owner too just last month. I try to appeal again with all document together with this authorized letter...........

Same result i got.... i really cannot understand what document or what problem for my account.

without any warning.My account health score is over 200 and i think it happened due to precious amazon AI,Noone contacted me,fortunately that i didnt make huge investments by my account because this is not a business.If amazon ll deactivat my account by any illegal movement or cheating,it should have been a check before and let me know what is wrong and what it must be.I m asking someone to help who has experience about it because on 3rd of january i have uploaded everything i was asked,still waiting for F respond of amazon..

Could you please provide a performance notification that shows the ASIN's (maybe a notification around the time of deactivation that includes the ASIN's and the information required from you to appeal)? You could also include Case logs and the last appeal you submitted. That would allow me to investigate and give you more helpful and specific information.

With only the information from the notification you provided, I can only provide you the same help pages you already have for the product detail page policies.

Due to the lack of maintained invoices which is required per our responsible sourcing guidelines which was previously provided by @April_Amazon, I cannot guarantee the eligibility for reactivation. This in addition to the rejection of your attempt to acknowledge the violation. This implies that these invoices are a mandatory requirement for reactivation. If they cannot be provided, the account will remain deactivated at this time as this is the only remaining path forward.

I really dont understand what document we still missing, can you teach me what document you send for the final appeal? Let me compare it one by one.....

I submit all the related invoice, purchasing rule, supporting document, brand authorization letter, all document can be 100% proof the authentic of the products. But Amazon still saying that not enough information.

If you have these documents, you will need to ensure they all meet our requirements. Invoices should meet our responsible sourcing requirements and help verify their origin. A letter of authorization issued by the brand or the rights owner also has its own requirements that they need to meet so we can verify you are an authorized distributor of the brand. What other documents did you provide?

Hello, i submit all related ASIN supplier invoice which over the sales volume in Amazon and those invoice issue from the authorised dealer in Hong Kong. It show their company name and my company name and this authorised dealer company name can be found in Kingston official website. If Amazon need to proof that those ASIN are authentic Kingston products, I believe it have enough document to show authentic issue.

You mentioned that you found this authorized dealer on the Kingston website, this information can be outdated if not properly maintained. What other efforts have you made to verify this is an authorized distributor for resale specifically on amazon. Some brands will restrict who sells these products and or brands along with where in some situations like this. If you do not have an authorized or verified supply chain for amazon, we may not accept the provided invoices or documentation.

Have you communicated with your supplier on if they have a LOA from Kingston approving them to sell these products for redistribution on amazon? If we cannot verify your supply chain is approved by the brand or we cannot verify. Additionally when you're providing your invoices from this supplier does it mentioned the appropriate brand on the product? Does the invoice received show you are the receiver of the products?

I submit all the related invoice, purchasing rule, supporting document, brand authorization letter, all document can be 100% proof the authentic of the products. But Amazon still saying that not enough information.

A letter of authorization issued by the brand or the rights owner also has its own requirements that they need to meet so we can verify you are an authorized distributor of the brand. Hello, i submit all related ASIN supplier invoice which over the sales volume in Amazon and those invoice issue from the authorised dealer in Hong Kong. It show their company name and my company name and this authorised dealer company name can be found in Kingston official website. If Amazon need to proof that those ASIN are authentic Kingston products, I believe it have enough document to show authentic issue.

You mentioned that you found this authorized dealer on the Kingston website, this information can be outdated if not properly maintained. What other efforts have you made to verify this is an authorized distributor for resale specifically on amazon. Some brands will restrict who sells these products and or brands along with where in some situations like this. If you do not have an authorized or verified supply chain for amazon, we may not accept the provided invoices or documentation.

Have you communicated with your supplier on if they have a LOA from Kingston approving them to sell these products for redistribution on amazon? If we cannot verify your supply chain is approved by the brand or we cannot verify. Additionally when you're providing your invoices from this supplier does it mentioned the appropriate brand on the product? Does the invoice received show you are the receiver of the products?
