Amazon FBA won't let me get past Step 4: Confirm carrier and pallet information
No matter what carriers and what day I choose, I cannot confirm the carrier and pallet information. Every time I try to confirm the shipments, an error pops up and says "Your selected offer is no longer available. Please select another offer." I have opened multiple cases and Amazon support does not care to help resolve the issue. All they say is to redo the entire shipment which took multiple workers 3 days to prep and sticker. We now have about 20 pallets sitting in our warehouse ready to ship but can't due to Amazon's system.

We use SPD (UPS Ground) not LTL/FTL, but when we run into a similar error, the only way we've found around it is to create a new shipment with the exact same items. Yes, super annoying, but doable.

Hey @Seller_29Y7kyomdu1rR, have you had any success in resolving yet, including as described by RR above? If needed feel free to share your case IDs here and we'll take a look.

We are having the same issue here and its making a mess of the warehouse. We had to cancel some multi truck shipments and then re-organize and re-label only to have it happen again with one of our warehouses. Our current solution of hoping we are estimating the correct pallet counts prior to putting the orders out to pick is not a good long term solution and then rushing to make sure they are picked/labeled on time for the pickup date.
I cant imagine were the only ones with the issue. It sounds like a major bug that needs to be fixed.
We have troubleshot the issue with timing (doing it in less then 10 mins after submitting the shipment) sometimes it errors sometimes it does not. We have tried with and without adding the 6pcs allowed
I had one shipment that we did which errored out then copied to a new identical shipment right after and the new one worked. Tried confirming some before and some after 72 hours and really nothing makes sense, no rhyme or reason to any of the errors happening.
It is a random glitch which has to really be disruptive to peoples businesses and overhead for the extra work involved in this new "processing" style. Also when shipping so many skus to FBA we are constantly trying to figure out if any of the cases will actually be fixed since we open them for each error now.
We do know that once the error happens on a shipment no matter what you try to do it will not go away and we have been leaving pending shipments in there for Amazon's support team and while they are looking at it they just say to "cancel and create a new shipment" like that is possible in the long run.
