Our Fulfillable Inventory Got Destroyed by Amazon Without Our Consent
Amazon destroyed fulfillable inventory without notifying us. It has cost us more than $5K including the fees.
Amazon said that upon investigation, of our account settings they have found that the removal order has been created due to- "Automated Long-Term Storage Removal Program". This doesn't make sense because we never enabled it for Fulfillable inventory. They couldn't provide any proof of this, but would not reimburse us.
Has anyone experienced this before?
