A - Z claim , Need Urgent Help
Dear amazon workers :
I am a new hands for amazon
Today I got a A-Z claim . order number : 701-9098925-0257835. customer ask for 340.42USD claim for this order , (but this order had made full money back by amazon , total : items 298MX+Shipping cost 42.38MX . )and buyer have no send back the items to me yet ,
infact I had sent message to buyer for this case on 16th ,June . but I get nothing from buyer , and always I checked return from email , these days i have not get any email from this order . even from buyer i get nothing .(and normaly , my shops refund made automatic by amazon , never need me to do anything with refund,.)
I sold the items is a car exhaust fan , not air fan , the customer claim this fan not cooling
I am wondering: we sold items to be MX , WHY the customers ask for USD ?

TODAY I SENT A CLAIM TO AMAZON .
AMAZON ANSWER ME , THEY WILL DO AS THE CUSTOMERS ASK TO MAKE 340.42US TO BUYER
how can i do for this case ?
