Estimated delivery dates pushed back (FBM)
Not sure what happened but my estimated delivery dates are much farther than they used to be. My delivery date today shows delivery for April 19th. I used the exact same settings on another account and the delivery date shows April 16th. I've tried changing my shipping template so many times and my handling time has always been 0. No matter what I change I can't get the standard shipping estimate to be lower than the 19th for every single listing I have. The only two factors that have changed since I saw the estimated shippnig time get longer is one my promise delivery gap is now 1.1 days later than expected and my ODR is now 1.05. I get these things change the shipping time but 3+ days gap?? Can somebody help me please.

You're not alone bro. I'm having the same problem too. It happened in the past 3 weeks. It doesn't matter that i put handling day at 0 and the estimate is still 2 weeks from " the placing order day ".
I received a dm from a few customers who asked me " why would i pay for shipping fee if i have to wait for 2 weeks from today? " But the fact is it only takes 3-5 days as promised (even earlier if customer's zone is close by) when i buy shipments.
This impacts so bad to my business. My selling rate is 50% down since then.
