Amazon lost my whole order and won't reimburse
I recently had an FBA shipment received with all the items received with 0 quantity. I’ve been fighting with seller support for over a month and just getting the same generic response (“We did an additional check and confirmed the quantities”). I’ve supplied the proof of purchase that shows the exact amount sent in, but it like banging my head against a wall. Anyone have any luck or tips for fighting this issue?
Could I get some real seller support help with this?
