Formal request for permanent closure of Amazon seller account for cessation of activity
WHEREAS
On 03/27/2025 I closed my VAT number, ceasing all commercial activity;
I no longer intend to continue with sales activities through Amazon;
My Amazon seller account is currently deactivated, but I cannot complete the definitive closure independently, as the system requires reactivation with an active VAT number, which has now ceased;
I am therefore unable to complete the data collection procedure required by the DAC7 regulation via Seller Central, as I am required to enter an active VAT number, which I no longer have;
I FORMALLY REQUEST
the definitive and irrevocable closure of the seller account registered in my name, as I no longer have the necessary tax requirements to manage it.
I request that my position be recognized and that my tax information be updated in order not to violate the DAC7 obligations, as I am unable to provide a valid VAT number.
I remain available to provide further documentation (for example, certificate of cessation of activity).
