Is this your first Q4? Everybody is sending goods for Christmas and delays are logic.

Hey there @Seller_1q7SEetEljmRJ!

As another seller mentioned, the timeline you're referencing here is in-line with what we're hearing from other sellers with shipments in the network. I recommend staying patient, and continuing to monitor the shipment's progress.

As for entering in the tracking information, that is the final step in the Send to Amazon process used to send shipments in. If you’re using an Amazon partnered carrier, we’ll generate the carrier tracking ID information for you, which you can review in this step. No action is required by you.

If you’re using a non-partnered carrier, and the carrier shares the information with you, provide the tracking IDs for all of the boxes in your shipments. You can provide details either in the Send to Amazon Tracking details step or in the Track shipment tab of the shipment summary page.

To provide carrier tracking IDs using Send to Amazon, follow these steps:

1. In the final step of the workflow, Tracking details, select the shipment that you want to provide tracking details for.

2. Use one of the following methods to provide tracking IDs:

  • Type the tracking IDs individually.
  • Use a barcode scanner to scan shipping barcodes from the box label.
  • Upload the tracking IDs for a shipment in bulk by selecting Upload tracking IDs in bulk and then following the steps on the Tracking details page.

3. Ensure that the tracking IDs are mapped to the correct FBA box ID label on each box.

Once you’ve entered valid tracking details, the status of your shipment will change from Ready to ship to Shipped.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't realize your shipments were AWD. For an AWD Shipment, the Tracking details is currently only applicable for all Small parcel deliveries (SPD) and only for Amazon Partnered Carrier in case of less than truckload or full truckload (LTL) shipments. For LTL Partnered carrier shipments, we’ll generate the carrier tracking ID information for you, which you can review in the following step:

1. You can view shipment details, such as shipment ID, Amazon Reference ID and carrier details.

2. On the day of shipment pick up, you can download Bill of Lading (BOL) from here. It will be available for pickup before 8:00 a.m. PST.

3. You will also receive the mail.

For Small parcel delivery (SPD) shipments created with Amazon partnered carrier UPS, we will generate the tracking ID for each box and will be shown in tracking details step and also on Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) Shipment summary page. It will show the following information for each box:

  • AWD box label
  • Tracking ID
  • Status
  • Weight (lb)
  • Dimensions (in)

For Small parcel delivery shipments created with non-partnered carrier, sellers will be prompted to provide tracking ID against each box in Tracking details step and also on AWD Shipment summary page. AWD will show the current status for each of the tracking ID submitted. Sellers can also update the tracking ID in bulk by choosing the bulk upload option.

MEM1 dwlays are currently ongoing for standard fba shipments... Packages are sitting delivered since 3 weeks with no checkin... Hope u can look into thia for us...

For the awd shipment ill create a new thread tomorrow... sorry for the mixup...

Thanks for getting back to me with that information. I can see that case 16556510151 was recently transferred, and the team should be working through the details shortly. One note - I see you attached a packing slip to the case, if you're able to attach an Invoice as valid Proof of Ownership - specifically illustrating the valid Supply Chain, that should help the team investigate.

Shipment ID: FBA18BT1G8WW - If the shipment's inventory is not received by Nov 10, 2024, then your shipment will be eligible for investigation.

Furthermore there are so may others that are just sitting delivered and nothing moving forward...

Can you help with those please?

Thanks for the reply, I recommend you request the inventory reconciliation investigation at this time. Use the instructions on this page to ensure you're including all necessary documentation. For all shipments, there currently are longer receiving times due to the peak seasonal volume. My recommendation is to continue to remain patient, and request investigations into the shipments if/when that is necessary.

To provide carrier tracking IDs using Send to Amazon, follow these steps:

1. In the final step of the workflow, Tracking details, select the shipment that you want to provide tracking details for.

2. Use one of the following methods to provide tracking IDs:

  • Type the tracking IDs individually.
  • Use a barcode scanner to scan shipping barcodes from the box label.
  • Upload the tracking IDs for a shipment in bulk by selecting Upload tracking IDs in bulk and then following the steps on the Tracking details page.

3. Ensure that the tracking IDs are mapped to the correct FBA box ID label on each box.

Once you’ve entered valid tracking details, the status of your shipment will change from Ready to ship to Shipped.

Thanks for the reply, I didn't realize your shipments were AWD. For an AWD Shipment, the Tracking details is currently only applicable for all Small parcel deliveries (SPD) and only for Amazon Partnered Carrier in case of less than truckload or full truckload (LTL) shipments. For LTL Partnered carrier shipments, we’ll generate the carrier tracking ID information for you, which you can review in the following step:

1. You can view shipment details, such as shipment ID, Amazon Reference ID and carrier details.

2. On the day of shipment pick up, you can download Bill of Lading (BOL) from here. It will be available for pickup before 8:00 a.m. PST.

3. You will also receive the mail.

For Small parcel delivery (SPD) shipments created with Amazon partnered carrier UPS, we will generate the tracking ID for each box and will be shown in tracking details step and also on Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) Shipment summary page. It will show the following information for each box:

  • AWD box label
  • Tracking ID
  • Status
  • Weight (lb)
  • Dimensions (in)

For Small parcel delivery shipments created with non-partnered carrier, sellers will be prompted to provide tracking ID against each box in Tracking details step and also on AWD Shipment summary page. AWD will show the current status for each of the tracking ID submitted. Sellers can also update the tracking ID in bulk by choosing the bulk upload option.

MEM1 dwlays are currently ongoing for standard fba shipments... Packages are sitting delivered since 3 weeks with no checkin... Hope u can look into thia for us...

For the awd shipment ill create a new thread tomorrow... sorry for the mixup...

One note - I see you attached a packing slip to the case, if you're able to attach an Invoice as valid Proof of Ownership - specifically illustrating the valid Supply Chain, that should help the team investigate.

Thanks for the reply, I recommend you request the inventory reconciliation investigation at this time. Use the instructions on this page to ensure you're including all necessary documentation. For all shipments, there currently are longer receiving times due to the peak seasonal volume. My recommendation is to continue to remain patient, and request investigations into the shipments if/when that is necessary.
